Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of heavy-duty equipment and machinery
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with senior mechanics to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical problems
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed
• Always adhere to safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications:

• 3-years or more years experience or training in heavy-duty mechanics or related field
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a team player mentality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools (up to 75 lbs).
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
