Salary: $150,000 - 200,000 per year Requirements:

• I am looking for candidates who possess at least 6 years of experience in product management within SaaS or e-commerce platforms. You should have experience owning the complete product lifecycle, including managerial and leadership responsibilities. Previous experience in eCommerce and advertising is essential, along with familiarity with AI/ML product integration. Strong communication skills are necessary to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. An entrepreneurial spirit is crucial as we thrive in fast-paced, lean environments, and a willingness to be hands-on is a must.

Responsibilities:

• As the Head of Product, you will join our executive team and play a vital role in shaping the company's strategy while engaging with investors and maintaining transparency with our parent company, FundPark. You will take ownership of the product roadmap from strategic direction to execution at the sprint level. This includes conducting standups, reviewing designs, drafting PRDs, and providing clear direction for the engineering team. You will lead a small product and design team, setting an example to ensure that our user experience is straightforward, efficient, and rooted in the genuine needs of our merchants. Collaborating with in-house eCommerce experts, you will translate their insights into structured product specifications and prioritized features. Conducting market research and discovery with sellers will allow you to turn findings into explicit requirements and product hypotheses. Your decisions will be data-driven, using analytics and experimentation to validate assumptions and measure impacts. You will work closely with engineers, specialists, and business teams to drive results while establishing a robust foundation for a world-class product function, applying a “first do, then scale” approach.
