Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer (Multiple Levels Available depending on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex semiconductor equipment, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on semiconductor machinery.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve equipment performance.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
• Assist in the development of service plans and schedules to ensure timely support for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment and processes.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
• Understanding of schematics and system layouts.
• Basic plumbing skills and knowledge of ladder logic are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Travel up to 75%
