Job Description:

• We are looking for an IT Support Staff to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of companies in-house development environment. The role will involve supporting end-users, managing IT assets, and handling troubleshooting tasks to maintain a stable and efficient IT infrastructure

Job Responsibility:

• PC kitting, setup, maintenance, operation, failure analysis, and recovery support
• General user support (help desk, troubleshooting)
• Application of device drivers, software installation, and activation
• Mobile device network configuration and setup support
• Operation verification, documentation, and management of in-house IT tools
• Internal system administration (file servers, email systems, Active Directory, VLANs, etc.)
• Routine server and network settings (additions, modifications, updates)

Job Qualification:

• Basic knowledge of IT terminology (e.g., CPU, memory, SSD, video card, domains, IP/MAC addresses)
• Experience identifying IT devices and installing/uninstalling applications
• Windows PC kitting and/or help desk support experience
• Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience setting up WiFi connections on tablets/smartphones
• Strong communication skills, comfortable with face-to-face support

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading a small IT team
• Hands-on PC assembly/disassembly and hardware recovery
• Scripting, batch files, macros, or VBA experience
• Server OS operation and setup experience
• Image deployment tools for PC setup
• Help desk experience (IT department, on-site, or client office)
• Basic network knowledge (global vs. private IPs, LAN router configuration)
• Active Directory management
• Basic web development (HTML, CGI, FTP/SCP for uploads)
• Asset and procurement management, vendor communication, contract handling

Language proficiency : Native Level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business Level english.
