About the Role

• A leading global sports equipment company is seeking a skilled FP&A Manager to join its Japan finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with regional and global stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights and operational analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CAPEX and OPEX planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare and deliver timely management reporting and business performance reviews
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and strategic initiatives
• Analyze inventory trends and support supply chain finance
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Strong understanding of CAPEX/OPEX and inventory management
• Proficiency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience in a multinational company or consumer goods industry preferred
