What You'll Do
We are looking for an experienced HR and Compensation guru that loves all things compensation, human capital, employee experience, and who understands small business. This role will ramp up to an average of 30 hours per week (but could be more or less) with a main focus in both strategic and transactional HR management with a heavier focus on compensation.
