Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our processing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the packaging and distribution of our products, ensuring that they are prepared in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and familiarity with butchering/meatcutting.

Duties

Efficiently package products according to company standards and specifications.
Maintain an organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Adapt to a fast paced environment, while ensuring orders are completed
Perform quality checks on packaged goods to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications

Previous experience butcher shop is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
