Responsibilities

• Responsible for quote creation and sales order processing
• Handle documentation & paperwork for shipment and shipment coordination
• Maintain comprehensive customer communication
• Continuously update order list, monitor shipment status, and update through HubSpot
• Ensure order completion and reporting to sales team with necessary visibility for tracking and follow up actions
• Handle logistics coordination with our courier services to ensure timely deliveries to customer worldwide

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and process optimization skills
• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• CRM experience (eg Salesforce, Hubspot)
• Detail-oriented
• Effective communication
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset, as this position requires collaboration with China team
• Prior logistics experience is an asset
• Importation and export experience is an asset
