Role: SAP FICO Lead/Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling Consultant to join our enterprise transformation team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in financial and management accounting, with a strong grasp of the Universal Journal concept and hands-on experience in implementing and supporting S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules.

Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules across enterprise environments.

Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable and compliant financial solutions.

Customize SAP solutions to align with best practices in financial accounting (FI) and management accounting (CO).

Lead all phases of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Conduct end-user training sessions and develop training materials to ensure smooth adoption.

Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement for S/4HANA Finance and Controlling functionalities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

Maintain documentation of solution designs, configurations, and process flows.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA deployment.

Strong understanding of Universal Journal, New GL, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.

Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
