Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing ERP projects from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of the construction projects
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
• Accountable for the effective and successful execution of various ERP projects
• Management of the plan, budget, identify the scope and deliverables of the project, document the times lines, manage and engage the necessary resources and stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage high risk and complex cross functional projects (including new customer
• Coach, guide and support Project Managers and Business Leaders across the business on project management best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Project Management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
• 5-10 years’ experience in Project Management
• ERP project experience required
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
• Proficient in project management software tools
• Advanced time management and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
