The Role

[Department Overview]

• This department focuses on the development and operation of front-end applications that cater to customer needs. Utilizing the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework, three collaborative development teams work together to drive innovation and progress. With team members from diverse international backgrounds, the work environment supports both Japanese and English communication.

[Position Summary]

• As a Scrum Master for the front-end development team, your role will be pivotal in enhancing team performance, fostering agile methodologies, and facilitating effective communication. You will address challenges faced by the team-such as teamwork inefficiencies, deviations from agile principles, delays, and recurring bugs-while ensuring the delivery of consistently high-quality products.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Organize and oversee Scrum events.
• Address team challenges and obstacles.
• Advocate for and implement agile methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with product owners.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Apply LeSS framework in practice.
• Encourage and implement defect prevention measures.
• Support team development and foster growth.
• Continuously improve development processes.

SKills

[Required Skills]

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding and expertise in agile development methodologies.
• Practical experience with LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High-level proficiency in Japanese for smooth communication.

[Preferred Skills]

• Hands-on experience with front-end development.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD).
• Knowledge of static analysis tools and test automation solutions.
• Business-level English communication skills.

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
• English: Daily conversational level (TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent).

Hourly Salary

4,000 yen - 4,800 yen
